Walked inside to inquire about an item engraving and the older short heavy set female at the counter and another heavy set male were immediately disrespectful. Took one look at the item and said no. Didn’t even try to attempt to do anything.

Fast processing,but I was shocked that they charged a ridiculous amout for shipping (over $10), epecially given I ordered a name badge that could be mailed in a regular envelope. In addition, they charged an extra $5 just to send me a picture of the completed badge.

Just picked up a rifle stock and receiver that I had engraved. They engraved a picture on the stock and lettering on both the stock and receiver. They did a better job than I ever imagined possible! Thanks again, I highly recommend!

While they have new Jefferson cups and many other personalizable items, I was very pleased I could take in some very old pewter and they could engrave, including the logo of a local school, within a week. Great to have this service available. We have had several custom plates added to wall clocks for wedding gifts and they have a previous order on file, helpful as a reference. A nonprofit org I volunteer for has used them since the early days to make unique awards given annually, and they bill our treasurer. They are reliable and have never missed a delivery date, usually a week from when the order is placed.
